Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

  1. The owner of the heria.eu website is HERIA Emilia Florek-Guerrero, later also referenced as HERÍA, with address: ul. Gorki 9a/46, 60-204 Poznan, Poland, NIP (VAT number) PL6652638246.
  2. In heria.eu shop available on heria.eu website, HERÍA sells products in the form of e-books.
  3. Customer can order products offered by HERÍA 24 hours a day using heria.eu website.
  4. Due to the type of products offered in heria.eu shop, Customer can order only one piece of each e-book.
  5. The prices as quoted on the heria.eu website are listed in EUR, they are your total price and inclusive of VAT where applicable. HERÍA reserves the right to change prices for products offered in heria.eu shop at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
  6. As a condition necessary for the execution of the order, the Customer must give his/her address and e-mail to which the confirmation of the order will be sent. Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the orders and will not be disclosed to other
    persons or companies.
  7. Payments can be made via:
    – credit card,
    – PayPal account,
    – bank transfer.
    Please note that credit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a transaction has been declined due to credit issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit your purchase. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another payment card.
  8. The Customer receives a VAT invoice as evidence of purchase. If a VAT invoice is to be issued for a company, the company data and VAT number need to be provided. By making a purchase the Customer automatically agrees to accept to receive an electronic VAT invoice unsigned in PDF format. An invoice will be issued once payment for the product is confirmed.
  9. Products are provided via Internet and this way of delivery is free of charge.
  10. Due to the nature of products offered in heria.eu shop, during the purchase process Customer agrees to forfeit the right to withdraw from the agreement as well as to resign from the order after making the payment.
  11. Products purchased are delivered in the form of a link to download directly to the Customer’s e-mail indicated during the purchase process, automatically after the payment is received. Customer has 30 days to download the products purchased.
  12. Products purchased cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, resold nor printed.
  13. Before purchasing an e-book in heria.eu shop, Customer needs to check if the electronic device, which he/she wants to use in order to open the file (the e-book), supports the format of the file (the e-book). The file (the e-book) adapts to any screen size and to all devices (a laptop computer, a smartphone, a tablet, etc.). HERÍA cannot guarantee that the purchased e-book will open on every and each electronic device. In order to open external links included in the file (the e-book), HERÍA recommends using the following browsers: Microsoft Edge 12 or later version, Mozilla Firefox 58.0 or later version, Google Chrome 64.0 or later version, Safari 9 or later version, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or later version. HERÍA guarantees that the file (the e-book) is of high quality and free from defects.
  14. HERÍA is not responsible for not delivering the email regarding order completion due to reasons independent to HERÍA.
  15. In case of any questions, difficulties or technical issues, Customer shall contact HERÍA by sending an e-mail to: contact@heria.eu.
  16. Customer can make a complaint in the following cases:
    when product purchased does not work (the file is corrupted),
    when the product is not delivered within 24h after the payment is received.
    In order to make a complaint, Customer should send an e-mail to contact@heria.eu and HERÍA will respond to a complaint within 14 days from the date when the complaint was received.
  17. In case Consumer has an unresolved problem with a product purchased on heria.eu website, Customer may try to settle the dispute out of court and use an alternative dispute resolution platform to find a solution. The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available under: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and the e-mail to contact HERIA is: contact@heria.eu. Alternative dispute resolution is usually a low-cost and simple procedure that can stop Customer having to take the case to court.
  18. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the agreement concluded with the Customer away of business premises. HERÍA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time. Revised terms and conditions will be made available on heir.eu website. Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions on a periodic basis for modifications.

TERMS OF USE

  1. Customer is granted the right to download the e-book but this license is exclusive to the Customer and non-transferrable.
  2. Customer may print pages of the e-book only for his/her personal use and reference in connection with his/her work.
  3. Full-scale reproduction of the content of the e-book is prohibited.
  4. Customer may not make or distribute unauthorized copies of the e-book.
  5. Customer agrees to protect the e-book from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution.

COPYRIGHT

  1. All products offered in heria.eu shop are under protection of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. The entire content of the e-book is protected by copyright. Customer may not remove, delete, transmit or create derivative works from the e-book’s content. No part of any chapter of the e-book may be transmitted in any form by any means or reproduced for any other purpose, without the prior written permission.
  2. In case of discovering situations when products purchased on heria.eu website are used illegally, then HERÍA can pursue legal claims against the Customer.
